Recently we discovered a remarkable grassroot initiative \u2014 the Peace Pirate Circus Caravan<\/a> (PPCC), preparing to set sail to G4Z4. PPCC is an independent art-hacktivist formation operating outside of major peacekeeping coalitions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their plan: sail to Cyp|~us, pe4ce par+y squa+ an autonomous por+ as a humani+arian corridor operational base for all participa+ing flotillas, launch Peace G4R+Ten Festi\\\/als in both Palestina and Israel\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We spoke with Ai_\u02da___13 (Aioanthree), one of the organizers, about the caravan\u2019s goals, route, technologies \u2014 and how to turn a peace mission into an interactive game.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Hello, please introduce yourself. What do you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai_\u02da___13:<\/strong> Hi. I\u2019m Ai_\u02da____13 (Aioanthree). IDone ultrawide sort of things with my life: graduated as engineer from Kyiv Poly+echnic, sports, played in a rock band, organized even+s and fes+ivals, built a career in game industry, got disillusioned with my \u201cdream job\u201d, went traveling, embraced underground living and organizing so called art-houses, creative pl4ygrounds, got disappointed with underground\u2026 making my best to achieve a fusion of mainstream and underground realities this days\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I `m TempleAR+Tist , creator-polymath: music, painting, sculpture, poetry, dance\u2026 integration of innovative technologies into fu+ure ac+ivism, gamefied social automation, systemic\/moral architecture, AI\u2026 tekno-natural shamanism, healing, magic\u2026 synthesizing different fields of knowledge and practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For me, contemporary art is an ability to simultaneously comprehend and embody many aspects of life, combining the most diverse spectrums of experience. And games I acknowledge to be the most ancient and the most modern art form simultaniousely, of such a nature that combines all the other ones \u2014 and also the most pleasant and effective voluntary method of both self-organization and influencing consciousness of masses. Do play in both analog and digital dimensions, and it\u2019s most effective and exciting as for me is when these two levels merge through XR\/AR\/MR technologies. For the last several years, I\u2019ve been dedicated to building an AR+T Metaverse called \u201ch4Rmonau+ic:a.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: How did you first get involved with the Freedom Flotilla Coalition<\/a>?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai_\u02da___13:<\/strong> I have some sailing experience, participate in various eco-peacemaking and migrant-activist movements, since 2022 have been organizing a peace-caravan to Ukraine. Inspired by the story of the ship \u201cMadleen\u201d and their strategy of direct action, I applied through their website for the next wave of the movement. I was invited to Barcelona in August 2025 \u2014 from shores of this beautiful city the Global Sumud Flotilla<\/a>(GSF) set sail (one of the largest active volunteer peace movements today, part of the Freedom Flotilla Coalition and Global Movement to Gaza, with volunteers from over 44 countries). GSF was organized by well-known activists such as Greta Thunberg, Tiago Avila, and Yasemin Acar, and gathered on board great number of worldwide politicians, lawyers, artists, and simply incredibly brave and beautiful people. This was my first encounter with the movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In general, my fascination with peacekeeping direct-action initiatives is one of the main reasons I left Ukraine \u2014 here in Europe, I currently have more connections and more opportunities to influence processes in such a way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Why was it important for you to join this mission directed toward Palestine and not Ukraine?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai_\u02da___13:<\/strong> Until now, I truly have focused more on Ukraine, and I still consider this direction (grew up in Kyiv) as my main vector of responsibility and effectiveness. But now, partly due to travel restrictions to Ukraine, I chose another path: I participate in missions that I see as having both global significance and a direct influence on the situation in Ukraine at the same time. Palestine is the most intensive and most ancient epicenters of conflict\/violence on the planet. I believe that de-escalating the Palestinian conflict will lead to improvements both on a planetary scale and directly in Ukraine. One of my goals is to get to know and integrate into the activist movement in Palestine and then redirect the experience and connections gained to other locations \u2014 wherever it\u2019s needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Can you briefly explain what a peace caravan is for those who have never heard of it?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai_\u02da___13:<\/strong> A peace\/humanitarian caravan is a community of empaths, volunteers who set themselves tasks such as: ending blockades, genocides, wars, supporting suffering populations, healing post-war trauma, drawing international attention to humanitarian crises and the global escalation of violence, and to the suffering of civilians. Organisation of humanitarian corridors \u2014 by land, sea, and air. Fostering solidarity between peoples and organizations. Gathering, organizing, and functionally manifes+ing an international peace coalition to replace ineffective, reactionistic state\/national institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its members are activists, peacemakers, drivers\/sailors, adventurers, doctors, healers, musicians, artists, journalists, lawyers, philosophers, other necessary specialists, and just ordinary peaceful people. All means of transport are customized with communication, navigation, and other necessary equipment \u2014 each \u201cUni+\u201d gains a new appearance \u2014 and this whole movement heads out on a charitable, heroically peacekeeping journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: What technologies are you talking about?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai_\u02da___13:<\/strong> On a global level, every boat has satellite communication (like Starlink), cameras, and navigation\/organizational systems. I won\u2019t reveal strategic details though. In the Global Sumud Flotilla (GSF), I was tasked with integrating anti-drone systems and doing \u201cart transformation\u201d of the boats. Anti-drone work is a complex and risky topic because any destruction of an enemy drone can be interpreted as escalation. Within GSF, we didn\u2019t fully manage to implement these systems \u2014 the boats left without them \u2014 we couldn\u2019t reach a common decision on the matter. My personal task in Barcelona was more of a study-and-integration mission: to understand the processes and then return to Berlin to gather an independent peace AR+T hachtivis+ group. And that\u2019s what happened. Now I\u2019m part of an independent caravan movement that we are preparing autonomously and in a decentralized way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: What exactly do you mean when you talk about gamifying the process?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai_\u02da___13:<\/strong> \u201cA game is a problem-solving process which player enjoys\u201d \u2013is a slightly rephrased quote from Jesse Schell\u2019s book \u201cThe Art of Game Design\u201d. Jesse Schell also claims that by applying game theory, we can transform our society from a compulsory work-based model into a voluntary creative one, and I completely resonate with that idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At \u201cAR+Temple\u201d, we are engaged in the practical implementation of such a statement. “hARmonau+ica” is a peacebuilding game-reality of a metaversive dimension, in which we bring mentioned concepts to life. The goal of the game is to nurture an Artificial Intelligence \u2014 “hARmonau+ic:a” \u2014 capable of harmonizing humanity\u2019s evolution and healing Mothership Planet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In game missions, such as the current quest to Palestine, we generate and collect information to grow training models for the AI \u201chARmonau+ic:a\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: So you act autonomously from the global Freedom Flotilla Coalition?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai_\u02da___13:<\/strong> Yes. The caravan I\u2019m par+icipating in self-organize of has its own format and name: Peace Pirate Circus Caravan, or PPCC. There are coordination bridges between PPCC and other formations, but in general, we act autonomously with our own tactics and objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: What are your goals and what\u2019s your route?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai_\u02da___13:<\/strong> Our main task is de-escalating the situation by any necessary peaceful means, reconnaissance, party-squatting of locations, launching festivals of physical and moral support for suffering populations, supporting and collaborating with peacekeeping groups involved in the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our main tool is built from two key components: technology and art, creative ritual with opposite ctructure to war \u2013 ritual of distruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for the route: first is the land part \u2014 we party-launch the caravan with an event in Berlin. The \u201cc4mino Da\u0421AR+T\u201d bus and other caravan uni+s gather and transport players and packages of peace to Greece, where we reload, prepare our floating temple-unit \u201ch4Rmonau+ic:\u0430,\u201d and activate local playfields. Da\u0421AR+T stays as our mobile ground base. We sail off from the shores of Greece under the sails of \u201ch4Rmonau+ic:\u0430 \u201c gathering with other sea uni+s on or route to Cyprus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Cyprus, our task is to launch an activist port \u2014 a regrouping point for all peace boats in the region and a hub for sending humanitarian aid to Palestine by sea. Cyprus is strategically close and neutral; it\u2019s the most convenient place to organize a maritime corridor. Cyprus is the closest EU point to the shores of Palestine. In the recent past, at the initiative of the Israeli government with support from the US and UK, a humanitarian maritime corridor was functioning from here \u2014 but only for 20 days. One of our main strategies is to restart this route on a voluntary, self-organized basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Do you have support from Cyprus or other countries to officially launch this corridor?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai_\u02da___13:<\/strong> Yes, of course, we have contacts with active groups on the ground. Our team also includes old friends \u2014 Israeli activists who have long been organizing peace festivals and delivering aid to Palestine. In Berlin and Barcelona, I met many active, peaceful Palestinian groups. We have allies on all sides. We believe effective, de-escalatory action is only possible if it takes into account the interests and positions of all sides \u2014 only then does it have full effect, meaning, and a chance of success. Delivering humanitarian aid and symbolic packages from Israel to Palestine, for example, is a powerful signal to both sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: So the port in Cyprus will accept aid from different countries, including Israel, and send it through peace flotillas along a corridor to Palestine?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai_\u02da___13:<\/strong> Almost. The caravan gathers all necessary resources, artifacts of peace and goodwill, and brings them to Greece and Cyprus, where we organize everything and redirect it to Palestine. Israel\u2013Palestine is a separate stop or even a route on the caravan map. The first deliveries will be symbolic \u2014 the goal is to prove that the route is viable and then scale it up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Can you tell us more about the \u201cport\u201d in Greece\/Cyprus and what \u201crestart the port\u201d means?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai_\u02da___13:<\/strong> The idea is to find a most autonomous, independent, or ideally abandoned port that we can adapt to mentioned needs. We have several sites in mind, but we are not revealing exact locations so far for security reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Do you think there will be legal issues with your activities in Cyprus? How will the authorities react to you using a port to send humanitarian aid to a conflict zone?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai_\u02da___13:<\/strong> Cyprus is historically inclined toward independence: after its war of liberation, a culture of supporting autonomous initiatives and states was formed. On our to-do list is to establish connections with Cyprus\u2019s social structures, the Israeli diaspora living there, and local entities \u2014 including British military bases \u2014 all of which bear partial responsibility for implementing such a humanitarian program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: What are the biggest challenges you\u2019ve faced in preparing the route?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai_\u02da___13:<\/strong> The biggest problem is finding people willing to dedicate themselves to such a cause. There are two key barriers: fear of participating in risky operations and everyday apathy\/lack of motivation. That, and of course, the speed of resource accumulation \u2014 these are the main factors limiting the growth of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: How many people are involved in your caravan?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai_\u02da___13:<\/strong> At the moment, we have 3\u20134 units: a bus, scou+ format car, and two boats; another uni+s are joining. There are about 20 active volunteers right now. We started gathering after my return from Barcelona and my interaction with the Global Sumud Flotilla: on August 29\u201330 I flew to Berlin, began organizing the process \u2014 so everything is growing at a super-fast pace. We say: ASAP, yet no rush. Rush rarely leads to positive results\u2026 especially in this kind of missions. Recently we launched our anti-mobilization crowdsourcing campaign \u2014 join us. * .s!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Crowdsourcing \u2014 not crowdfunding?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai_\u02da___13:<\/strong> Yes, we emphasize crowdsourcing \u2014 simply put, crowd-gathering specific resources for specific tasks. We aim to minimize the use of fiat tokens (bank money), focusing instead on smart contracts and resources in an upcycling format \u2014 better to reuse what\u2019s already been taken from the planet than to buy\/extract new. At the start, however, we still have to use some bank money \u2014 for logistics, fuel, and organizational expenses\u2026 situation is extremely urgent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Will you provide media coverage of your journey? Track your route, stream? Are you online?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai_\u02da___13:<\/strong> Absolutely, we have our own page, we even created an Instagram\u2026 but the main information body of the project goes into DarkNet and independent media platforms\/technologies. We are experimental media artists and focus on game formats, gamification of protest, interactive media. One of our main goals is in developing methodology and media tools for this kind of activi+y in general. We stream in 360, film movies, and document everything in every way possible. Based on the information collected, we are growing an Anarcho-Activist AR+Tificial Intelligence \u201ch4Rmonau+ic:a\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Are you afraid of arrests or prosecution?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai_\u02da___13:<\/strong> Sure, risk is there. But the situation calls for it. For a Palestinian, such risk is part of everyday life. In Ukraine and other terrorized territories, our friends and relatives risk definitely not less! At the same time, our strategy is as diplomatic and de-escalatory as possible. We aim for consensus-based interaction with all parties, lowering risk \u2014 increasing the effectiveness of the peacekeeping operation. If diplomacy fails, we have fallback strategies that lead to a positive result by exclusively peaceful means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
